These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made through the website barcelonaexecutivetravel.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Barcelona Executive Travel (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Client or Passenger: Refers to the individual or legal entity making the reservation.
Service: Any ground transportation service, including airport transfers, intercity travel, hourly chauffeur services, and custom rides.
Vehicle Category: The service level booked (Economy, Standard, Executive, First Class), not a specific vehicle.
Booking Confirmation: Email sent after payment with full trip details, validating the contract.

Reservations can be made online via our Website using our secure booking system. The Client must:
A contract is established only when the Booking Confirmation is sent by email after successful payment. The confirmation includes ride details, payment summary, and contact details. If we are unable to provide the requested service, a full refund will be issued.
Clients must ensure contact details are reachable. If the Client fails to appear within the waiting period and no contact is made, the ride is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
All prices are in Euros (€) including applicable taxes. Final fare may vary due to route changes, extra stops, waiting time, or additional services.
Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Stripe, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Bizum (pre-arranged).
Full prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
Transactions are encrypted. We do not store card details. Payment data follows PCI-DSS compliance.
Receipts are automatically emailed. Businesses can request VAT invoices.
Requests must be submitted in writing at least 24h before pickup. Additional charges may apply.
Contact your assigned driver directly if assigned; subject to availability and possible extra fees.
Severe weather, strikes, or emergencies may trigger rescheduling or full/partial refund.
Refunds issued via original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction fees may apply if cancellation was not our fault.
All drivers are licensed, insured, and professionally trained. Courtesy, safety, and timely service are mandatory. Report any unsafe or unprofessional conduct immediately.
Vehicles are assigned per selected category (Economy, Standard, Executive, First Class, Van, Minibus). All vehicles are clean, climate-controlled, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations. Upgrades may occur without extra cost.
Airport pickups: 60 min free waiting from landing time. Non-airport pickups: 15 min free waiting. Additional waiting may incur charges.
Inform us of delays to avoid no-show charges. Missing the pickup without notice is considered a no-show; full charges apply.
Standard allowance: 1 medium suitcase + 1 personal item per passenger. Declare extra luggage; we are not liable for damage unless due to gross negligence.
Pets allowed in private rides only, must be in carriers. Cleaning fees may apply.
Mandatory for children under 135 cm. Infant, child, and booster seats available; must pre-book.
Parents/guardians ensure correct installation. Drivers may assist but responsibility remains with guardians.
Foldable wheelchair-friendly vehicles available on request. Full PMR vehicles require prior notice.
Standard allowance: 1 medium suitcase + 1 personal item. Oversized or undeclared luggage may incur charges, vehicle upgrade, or service refusal. Prohibited: hazardous, illegal, firearms, items that may damage the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for luggage; travel insurance recommended.
Passengers should arrange travel insurance. We limit liability to the amount paid. Not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties. Force majeure events are outside our liability; rescheduling or refund may apply.
All content is property of Barcelona Executive Travel. Unauthorized use prohibited. Trademarks and logos protected. Users must not upload malicious code or engage in unlawful activity.
GDPR compliant. Personal data collected solely for service delivery. Clients can access, correct, or request deletion. Cookies used to enhance experience; users can control preferences.
Spanish law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
