Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation with Barcelona Executive Travel. It explains deadlines, refunds, and conditions for modifying or cancelling your bookings.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

Clients may cancel a booking at any time; however, a refund is only provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2. Refund Policy

• Cancellations made ≥ 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
• Cancellations made < 24 hours before pickup or no-shows: no refund.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email at info@barcelonaexecutivetravel.com or by phone at +34 610 606 780. Include your booking reference and scheduled pickup details. We will confirm your cancellation and refund (if eligible) as soon as possible.

4. Modifications

You may request changes to your booking, including pickup time or location, subject to availability. Modification requests should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the original pickup. Changes may incur additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

Barcelona Executive Travel is not liable for cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, or emergencies. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.
